Cancellations (per room):
If canceled at least 4 weeks in advance, full refund. From 4 weeks - 2 weeks prior, refund of deposit minus a $10 handling fee; from 2 weeks prior, refund of deposit minus a $20 handling fee.
Within 1 week, refund of deposit (minus handling fee) only if your reservation is filled. "No Shows" are billed for the full amount for the vacant room.
Arrival/Departure:
Check-in time: 6-8 p.m. -Or- check-in as early as 5 p.m. with dinner reservations here. (We have you pre-order and Menu Choices must be called in by at least 1 week prior.) Dinner is usually served approximately 7:00 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made. No earlier check-in than 5 p.m. without prior arrangement please!
Check-out time: By 11 a.m.

We prefer personal checks or cash, but we also accept MasterCard and VISA.
Policies:
Our log home is non smoking; there is an area for smoking on the wraparound deck (or Pheasant Landing balcony exclusively for that rooms' guests.)
No pets, please!

Because our location is out a ways from other restaurants, we suggest, for your convenience, that you either have dinner on the way here and arrive later, or make reservations here and check in earlier, if possible... and enjoy the longer time at the lodge!
